Delivery

Our sales and prices are from Saint Remy de Provence in France. It is your responsibility to provide us exactly all the details necessary for the proper delivery of your order.

Your parcel is sent by post, we negotiate on your behalf the registration fee with the Post. These costs are included in the participation in shipping for orders above 39 Euros (in France only). These shipping costs are your responsibility, for all orders less than 39 Euros.

Reimbursement

If your product does not meet your expectations, do not worry. Return it to us just in its original packaging, in perfect condition, within 10 days of its receipt by you to:

We are committed to the exchange or if you wish, you pay by check within 15 days of its receipt by us as follows:
