Quality of our essential oils

Florame organic essential oils and essences are identifiable by the logos:

Agriculture Biologique Certifiée (Certified Organic Agriculture) offers you plants cultivated with respect for the biotope, essential oils free of any pollution and total traceability from the birth of the plant to the bottle of essential oil. All control organizations are private, approved by the French Ministry of Agriculture, and have no ties to any commercial or associative entity. Ecocert is the largest body and, alone, represent 80% of certifications. The AB logo belongs to the French Ministry of Agriculture and it is reserved for essential oils destined for use in foods. (Warning: for any essential oil treatment by oral ingestion, we advise you to consult a doctor or an aromatherapist.)

Some essential oils from Organic Agriculture are not destined to any food usage so they cannot be certified by the AB label. Nevertheless, they benefit, like all other certified oils, from total traceability and optimum purity without a trace of pesticide or chemical fertilizer. In order to continue specifying the organic quality of these essential oils, Florame opted for certification by the specifications of the Cosmétique Ecologique et Biologique (Cosmébio charter).

The Origine Botanique (Botanical Origin) label corresponds to essential oils that are not available on the market in Organic quality, for temporary or long-term reasons. Whether the source plant is wild (from picking) or conventional (from traditional agriculture), it is selected for its intrinsic quality and Florame guarantees its botanical origin.
